HPC Craft Apprentice Scheme

In today’s highly competitive work place a University degree is not always the best route to a challenging, fulfilling and rewarding career. Commencing in September 2017, a newly restructured Craft Apprenticeship Scheme at HPC Precision Engineering will provide you with the skills and work experience to follow an exciting career in the world of Engineering.

The goal of HPC's apprenticeship scheme is to provide a learning environment which blends real life practical work experience with the all-important academic training to equip you for work in the 21st century.

What you need to apply for an HPC Apprenticeship: 

Applicants would be expected to attain a grade C or above in GCSE Maths, English and Science, with good IT skills, and a willingness to work and study hard with a genuine interest in engineering.  In return, HPC is offering a salary package which includes 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, a pension scheme & private healthcare after a qualifying period.
