A position has arisen at HPC Compressed Air Systems for a full time Purchasing Assistant based at our Burgess Hill offices. The Purchasing Assistant will be responsible for providing a professional and efficient service for HPC & its customers, taking responsibility for processing a high volume of purchase orders for spares and capital equipment, and paying attention to possible cost savings and efficiencies to ensure accuracy, & prompt and timely delivery to customer and quality. Communication between service centres, different departments and customers is key to this role.
You will need experience of working in a busy team, where attention to detail is key for correctly processing a high volume of orders. You will be a good communicator, with strong IT skills and a proactive approach to working. Some experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
