Service Coordinators - Norwich

A position has arisen for a full time Service Coordinator servicing our Norfolk Centre. Based in Norwich you will be responsible for assisting with the efficient coordination and scheduling of service related work and all associated activities.

 

Key Accountabilities:

 

  • Allocation of labour, subcontractor and equipment
  • Organising the availability and ordering of necessary parts and correct materials
  • Review engineer job sheets; arrange return visits where necessary.
  • Managing engineers parts requirement and allocation of parts to service log

 

Essential skills:

 

  • A working history in a similar role in an industrial engineering environment with planning and scheduling an integral part of the job.
  • Adept at using multiple software packages eg Microsoft Office, SAGE, Service Manager etc
  • Excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise work within a busy schedule
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office
