Temporary Part Time Administrator - Burgess Hill

HPC  Burgess Hill has a short term, part time vacancy for a strong administrator to be responsible for the processing of all import/export documentation received by the company. 

Working closely with the accounts department, attention to detail is key for this role.  Previous import/export experience would be an advantage.

The main function of the role will be the checking and validating of information received from logistics companies, which has dramatically increased since Brexit.  Import packs must be carefully checked for any errors and new and existing queries, followed up and resolved.

This role can be flexible to suit your timetable but will require a commitment of 20 to 25 hour per week for a period of 3 months, starting at the beginning of 2022, and you must be able to show proven experience in an administration based role.
