HPC Precision Engineering is proud to have been manufacturing key elements of KAESER rotary screw compressors for over 20 years. The complex geometry of the innovative screw compressor SIGMA profile airend housing together with its ultra-high tolerance requirement has contributed to the HPC team establishing a comprehensive technical understanding of the key principles of precision engineering.
The HPC Precision Engineering facility uses only the most highly specified machining equipment from the world’s most respected manufacturers housed in air-conditioned, temperature-controlled conditions to ensure precise machining accuracy to achieve sub 10-micron tolerance across a range of materials and complexity of component.
Engineered components are measured on Zeiss CMM’s replicating the temperature and humidity of the machining area. With full scanning capabilities, a full dimensional report accompanies each part for verification under the same conditions.
