HPC Compressed Air Systems is delighted to confirm that it has successfully achieved ISO 9001:2015, the new standard of accreditation for its Quality Management System (QMS).
ISO 9001:2015 sets out the criteria for a quality management system and the standard is based on a number of principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of management, the process approach and continual improvement. Using ISO 9001:2015 helps ensure that customers receive consistent, good quality products and services, which in turn brings many business benefits including an ever increasing level of customer satisfaction.
Having transitioned from Quality Management System ISO 9001: 2008 to ISO 9001: 2015, HPC has demonstrated its commitment to continual improvement. Mark Chapman, Management Representative - QHSE Systems at HPC explained; “We conducted a thorough Gap analysis of our quality system and following a team review of this, we overhauled and updated our quality manual and associated documentation, processes and procedures to reflect and comply with the new standard. Through good teamwork and with the support and commitment of all HPC personnel, we have successfully transitioned to the new ISO 9001: 2015 standard.”
