HPC Authorised Distributor Forum - March 2018

As part of HPC’s continuous improvement programme, the experienced management teams of both HPC and HPC Authorised Distributors met in Nottingham this week for a regional HPC Authorised Distributor Forum.

These open discussion forums provide the ideal opportunity for the management teams to work and communicate together and share experience of the UK compressed air market. Whilst exploring and identifying areas of mutual interest, the forum ensures that, as a team, HPC and HPC distributors share their experience of best practice across our businesses, work better together and consider where there is potential for improvement.

The day provided a great deal of open, honest, insightful and valuable feedback. This will be used to help inform and shape HPC’s future direction and efforts to provide and maintain the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction through the longstanding and expert nationwide network of HPC Authorised Distributors.

HPC Compressed Air Systems supports a network of Authorised Distributor partners that covers the UK and ensures that professional, experienced customer support is available both nationally and locally. With a reputation for excellence in all areas of compressed air generation, it is a partnership and team effort of which HPC is proud.
