Identified! – Costs incurred and savings opportunities
Using HPC KAESER Air Demand Analysis (ADA), we monitor, analyse and generate precise consumption profiles of your system, allowing us to accurately examine and determine your actual compressed air demand – throughout all operating sectors and at different loads.
This is the first step toward the optimal compressed air station by calculating the energy-saving potential whether investing in new equipment or managing the efficiency of an existing system.
- We highlight weaknesses in your existing system
- We identify poorly dimensioned installations
- We lay the groundwork for the next step toward the optimal compressed air station by calculating the energy-saving potential
We take the widest range of conditions into account – regardless of whether you are looking to install a new system or simply wish to test the efficiency of your existing system.
Air Demand Analysis in Detail
The ADA 2:
We install the measuring device at your location – on a lease basis for a period of ten days. An optocoupler ensures trouble-free data transfer to the ADA 2 data-logger, which records compressor load/idle information. The measuring system is suitable for all compressors, even frequency regulated compressors.
The ADA 20/30 Measuring Device:
Installed on a rental basis, the ADA 20 continuously records the airflow by measuring the pressure differential. The information stored in the data-logger forms the basis for effective system optimisation.
The ADA 30 is permanently installed in the air distribution network and its data can be called up at any time via the measurement data processor.
ADA Data Logger - Precise data with minimal effort
Compressed air audits using modern data loggers highlight the efficiency of a compressed air system with minimum effort because direct access to the cable network is unnecessary.
Compressed Air Audit with SIGMA Air Manager - SAM 4.0
Optional SIGMA AIR CONTROL visualisation, in combination with the SIGMA AIR MANAGER 4.0 (SAM 4.0) master controller, allows the continuous measurement of the load/idle performance, duty cycle, and power consumption of every compressor.
All compressed air information can be viewed via a web browser on a standard PC and exported for operational compressed air controlling. These data can also be used to perform detailed compressed air audits.
