We completed a full turnkey project, delivered on schedule, with the customer then exploring additional opportunities with HPC to provide on-site support.
This customer operates their compressed air system at both 3.50 bar and 7.0 bar pressures, with a combined total power output of just over 2MW.
They have experienced exceptional performance and reliability, exceeding expectations, while benefiting from a comprehensive maintenance package and extended warranty.

Energy savings
Another full turnkey project was delivered on time with the customer looking at other opportunities for HPC to support them on-site.
The customer operates their compressed air system at 33.0 bar whilst benefiting from energy savings of c.£18,000 per annum and a maintenance price reduction of c.£15,000 per annum.
The customer has seen both performance and reliability improvements and is supported by a full service package with an extended warranty of 10 years - all backed up with 24/7 out of hours call out support.
Spray booth solutions
We completed another successful installation of a new energy-efficient HPC KAESER compressor at one of our long-serving customers, which is a world leader in aircraft seating.
As part of their recent expansion, the company required a reliable and efficient compressed air package to support their brand-new spray booth.
We are proud to have delivered a solution that not only meets but exceeds their operational needs, ensuring maximum uptime, energy efficiency, and sustainable performance for years to come.
Increased Energy Efficiency
We completed the installation of a brand-new HPC KAESER SM16 T screw compressor for a local fabrication client.
This new compressor not only enhanced their operational efficiency but also helped reduce energy consumption, lowering their overall environmental impact.
The SM16 T is fitted with the energy saving SIGMA PROFILE airend rotors that have significantly contributed to reducing energy with increased peak performance.
With advanced features, the customer can expect fewer maintenance interruptions and more consistent uptime.
Preventing moisture build-up
Customers can experience air quality issues in the Summer as the ambient temperatures bringing in high levels of humidity.
This high humidity brings added moisture to the air, resulting in increased water within their compressed air systems.
A customer of HPC upgraded to the HPC KAESER KRYOSEC & SECOTEC range of refrigeration dryers to prevent moisture build up in their compressed air systems.
The customer can now relax in the summer months knowing their compressed air quality is at optimum level.
