Everything at a glance: TELEMATICS
Using professional condition monitoring, portable compressors can be continuously monitored and any changes quickly detected. This enables early reaction in the event of errors and signs of wear, thereby increasing the service life of the compressor, preventing malfunctions and saving costs.
TELEMATICS condition monitoring brings Industrie 4.0 to the construction site. Following approval of the data usage contract, we equip our portable compressors with a factory-fitted modem and connect them to the Telematics portal. The integrated SIGMA CONTROL SMART and SIGMA CONTROL MOBIL 2 compressor controllers gather and process all operating data, which they subsequently forward to the TELEMATICS portal. Central monitoring and processing of operating messages is performed in the dashboard and enables the following remote functionality: Operating data display, messages and reports, machine localisation via GPS, maintenance scheduling, system overview and detailed machine data, fleet management, and GeoLeash.
