HPC KAESER's renowned SECOTEC industrial quality refrigeration dryers have long been valued for their stable pressure dew point performance, their exceptional reliability and their low total life cycle costs. 

  1. Energy savings: HPC KAESER SECOTEC series refrigeration dryers boast exceptionally low energy consumption. Thanks to their energy-saving control, surplus cooling performance can be stored temporarily in the thermal mass during partial load operation and subsequently used for drying, without the need for additional energy consumption. The responsive heat exchanger system ensures consistently stable pressure dew points at all times. The result: significant savings during partial load operation and non-working time.
  2. Long-term reliabilityThe high-performance refrigerant circuit in SECOTEC refrigeration dryers delivers reliable performance in ambient temperatures up to 50 °C. The large condensate separator and electronic ECO-DRAIN condensate drain provide reliable condensate removal during all load phases. 
  3. Reduce life cycle costs: Three factors are responsible for the exceptionally low life-cycle costs of the new SECOTEC refrigeration dryers: their low-maintenance design, energy-efficient component selection and, first and foremost, the demand-dependent SECOTEC thermal mass control. This triple combination enables a SECOTEC TF 340, for example, to achieve life-cycle cost savings of up to 50% when compared to other typically available refrigeration dryers.

 

SECOTEC TA to TC series

With their high efficiency storage control, SECOTEC TA to TC series (*) refrigeration dryers dry compressed air tailored to your requirements to a dew point of 3 °C and ensure maximum efficiency at all times. A generously-dimensioned thermal mass enables operation with minimal material stress and assures stable pressure dew point performance.

  • Air-cooled versions for ambient temperatures up to 43 °C

SECOTEC TD to TF series

Together with the innovative SECOPACK LS latent heat storage heat exchanger system and the SIGMA CONTROL SMART controller, the next generation of these advanced dryers sets new standards when it comes to energy efficiency, compact design and user-friendliness.

SECOTEC TG series

With the new TG series, HPC KAESER extends its range of energy-saving SECOTEC refrigeration dryers to accommodate flow rates up to 98 m³/min and offers models with a choice of air- or water-cooling.

Designed for large-scale industry, these compact giants ensure stable pressure dew point performance even under the toughest of operating conditions - with maximum reliability and minimal life-cycle costs.

The powerful cold storage concept, together with the standard network-capable SIGMA CONTROL SMART controller, ensure material-friendly and energy-saving operation in all load phases.
