HPC is delighted to confirm that our first compressor has been successfully tested as part of the British Compressed Air Society's (BCAS) new Performance Verification Programme.
The HPC KAESER SM13 7.5bar has passed. Not only that, but it exceeded the performance of its data sheet.
The BCAS Performance Verification Programme is the first independent performance verification programme for 50 Hz rotary compressors in the European market.
As part of HPC’s active participation with BCAS, we are delighted that BCAS have introduced this independent validation of compressor performance.
Rather than rely on manufacturers completing their own certification of performance testing, the BCAS programme ensures that manufacturers' performance data is uniform in its format. Furthermore, the data sheets are independently tested to ensure the actual performance matches the datasheets submitted.
Customers are now able to easily compare various manufacturers’ energy, flow and corresponding Specific Power, and with the guarantee that the data provided is accurate.
This enables them to make fully informed decisions on what compressor to purchase.
As energy costs increase, compressed air users are demanding equipment that delivers the highest efficiency, so we are delighted to support this important programme.
HPC KAESER are proud that this data sheet now has the accredited Verified BCAS Tick Mark and we look forward to the next independent test, which will be of the HPC KAESER SK22SFC 7.5bar.
