Compact footprint and ideal cooling
For perfect cooling, all air-conducting pipes are equipped with the innovative snowflake profile, which offers a number of advantages: The profile has a 46% higher heat transfer area, allowing for a 10% reduction in heat exchanger length and a 19% reduction in compressor footprint.

Optimal cooling water flow
Water-cooled CSG compressors are equipped with water regulating valves, which optimise the cooling water flow for all consumers downstream from each heat exchanger.
This ensures cost-efficient and sustainable cooling water use.
Furthermore, KAESER uses regulating valves that are airtight when closed at the water outlet. If the compressor does not require cooling, for example in standby operation, the water flow is stopped, resulting in more efficient usage of the cooling water.

Reduced pressure loss
The flow-optimised air inlet and outlet ensures significantly reduced pressure loss. In addition, the cooler air flow path is made of hygienic stainless steel.
